Refund policy
Because all of our products are custom-made and uniquely designed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than quality issues.
We will gladly provide a full refund or replacement if the item arrives with a quality problem, such as:

Manufacturing defect
For non-quality issues (e.g., personal preference, changing mind, wrong photo provided), returns and refunds are not supported, as each item is created exclusively for you.
Exceptions
If your order cannot be delivered due to special circumstances (e.g., logistic restrictions, undeliverable address confirmed by the carrier), we will fully compensate you or arrange a free replacement.
