All of our products are custom-designed and individually created based on your photo and instructions.

Please allow 2–3 business days for the design and production process.


Shipping Time

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped out immediately.

Estimated delivery time is 7–8 business days, depending on your location.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package is shipped.

  • All items are individually designed and handcrafted, so slight variations are normal.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

  • If your package cannot be delivered due to special circumstances (e.g., carrier restrictions, remote area issues), we will fully compensate you or resend the item.
