Open your order confirmation email
Use the “View your order” link in your Craftrie confirmation email to open your secure order status page. When your portrait ships, we’ll email the carrier tracking link.
Allow 7–14 business days for painting, framing and gift packaging, then approximately 3–5 business days in transit.
