Yes. Standard shipping is free on all portrait orders delivered to the United States and Canada, with no minimum spend. Production takes 7–14 business days, followed by approximately 3–5 business days in transit.

Use WELCOME10 in your cart or at checkout to take 10% off your first portrait order. The discount applies to portrait prices before tax, and standard shipping remains free.

Choose the number of pets, a head or full-body portrait, the outer frame size, and light or dark brown wood. Full-body portraits add $50 per painting. Both frame colors are the same price.

Yes. Choose two or three pets and upload their reference photos together. We combine all selected pets into one painting in one frame. Use the notes to tell us the left-to-right order you prefer.

Painting, framing and gift packaging take an estimated 7–14 business days. Shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. Allow time for both stages; weekends and public holidays are excluded. If you have a gift date in mind, contact us before ordering.

An artist paints your pet directly onto clear glass using acrylic paint. The outline, colors, fur and eyes are built by hand. Watch our workshop videos to see the process.

Yes. The unpainted glass stays transparent, so the room behind the frame remains visible. The painted pet and any painted decoration are opaque.

Yes. The glass is removable rather than permanently sealed into the frame. Keep it framed for everyday display and support the glass carefully if it needs to be removed. Avoid touching or rubbing the painted surface. Contact us before attempting any repair.

Yes. All seven sizes are the outside dimensions of the wooden frame, not the glass or painted area. The size guide shows every frame together at the same scale, beside a phone for reference.

Gift packaging is included with every portrait. A portrait makes a birthday gift for a pet lover, a painting for your own home or a memorial of a companion who has passed away.

Choose a sharp photo at your pet’s eye level, with the full face, eyes and markings clearly visible. Natural light works best. Add extra reference photos and notes if a particular detail matters to you.

Choose one, two or three pets on the product page, then upload a clear reference for each pet. Upload their photos together in one place. We combine the selected pets in one painting; separate reference photos are welcome.

There is no separate artwork approval step. We paint from the photos and notes submitted with your order, then check, frame, gift-pack and dispatch the finished portrait. Please check your references and delivery details before checkout.

Once shipped, custom portraits cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind or incorrectly selected options. Transit damage, manufacturing defects and items supplied incorrectly are handled separately under our Return Policy.

Keep the packaging and email craftrie@outlook.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the parcel, shipping label, frame and damage. For confirmed transit damage, we arrange a replacement or remake at no extra cost.
